I give you a 5-day meal plan (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) with recipes and a grocery list to get you started. Even if you enjoy cooking, you probably don’t want to spend a ton of time preparing meals. This meal plan utilizes leftovers from dinner to use for lunch the next day. I’ve given you breakfast ideas, as well. Rotate through them or choose your favorites.
These recipes don’t have gluten, dairy, refined sugar, corn, soy, or peanuts, but they do have tons of flavor!
